A Fractured Mess is the fourth episode of Survivor: Nepal.
Reward/Immunity Challenge: Rollin'
The contestants play a game called Rollin. They are to play as many levels as they can and to get as many stars as they can prior to the deadline. The tribe with the most stars win.
Reward: A clue to the idol and to assign immunity to a person from the losing tribe (Nathan).
After George was voted out, Khaptad was given access to who voted for whom on Chitwan's first tribal council. Some tried to use this to their advantage, but had not much effect to the secretly united Chitwan.
Chitwan lost their second immunity challenge on Day 11, and the game suddenly started to become a little messy.
Ash was told by Charley that Jhet voted for her at the first tribal council, in an attempt to separate the two and eliminate Khaptad's biggest threats in the game, a plan that was formed by The Three Fates. Ash, though not fully believing it, became paranoid of her alliances. Jhet was also told confusing stories; someone in Chitwan had the idol, which worried him just in case their initial target, Brendan, would have the idol and vote Jhet out. Jhet's paranoia easily added to Ash's and caused the consideration of a split vote between Trace and Brendan, because of Trace's inactivity at the beginning of the game and Brendan because of his threatening seriousness. The Chitwan Five Alliance acted like they were going along with Brendan's plan to split the vote between RP and Trace. But Ash told RP that Brendan wanted him out, gaining his vote, and setting the Chitwan Five's plans in motion.
In the end, the decision became final when everybody was on board in voting out Brendan. They ignored the split vote, but to everyone's relief, Brendan was blindsided with no idol in his pocket in a 6-1 vote.

| VOTED OFF:|
|“||Nathan's immune, so I'll vote for you and blame it on him. You're not going home, don't worry.||”|
|“||My vote is Brendan. Brendan, your dumb for trying to blindside me....so that's why I will return the favor.||”|
|“||Dear Chitwan: You are all idiots for getting rid of your most ORG-seasoned player. RP was supposed to go tonight, I'm not sure what happened. And whichever one of you is secretly Chris, Samuel, or both of them... go die in a hole.||”|
