Personal Claim Of Fame: I've been involved with many choral ensembles associated with a variety of missions organizations, academic institutions, and other groups. I consider choir music to be uplifting in many ways, and I've been fortunate enough to share my passion at landmarks and locations with choirs all over the continent, such as Seattle, Toronto, Austin, St. Louis, the Grand Canyon, Vancouver, Disney World Resort in Orlando, Victoria (British Columbia), and Tulsa (where I attend university).
Inspiration in Life: Shirley Chisholm, the first African-American woman to make a serious bid for President of the United States in 1972. She survived three assassination attempts, all while maintaining a message of peace, progress, and equality in a nation divided by war and prejudice. Also, my many choir instructors and music teachers, from elementary school to the present day in college, who have helped me grow as a musician, a missionary, and a man.
Hobbies: Singing, Reading (especially dystopian fiction), Politics, Hanging out with friends
Pet Peeves: Unnecessary drama, apathy, pessimism, and deception
3 Words To Describe You: Undeterred, Unswayed, Unmatched
If you could have 3 things on an island what would they be and why?: A device with which to access music (assuming I had a power source); My personal copy of Anthem, by Ayn Rand (one of my favorite books and something to inspire me); A fire-starting kit including flint, matches, and tinder
Survivor Contestant you are Most Like: I hope I'm most like Todd Herzog from SURVIVOR: China. Though Todd was not always the most physical threat, he made the right moves at the right time and did what he had to do to make it to the end while maintaining the honest relationships he had made to be crowned Sole Survivor. I'd also say I'm a bit like Corinne Kaplan from SURVIVOR: Gabon because I don't take crap from anyone and if you try to take me down you best expect a fight.
Reason for being on Survivor: I am primarily playing because I have a deep love for the game itself. SURVIVOR has been my favorite show for a very long time, and I love participating in anything SURVIVOR-related. I also love ORG's, and take the opportunity to polish my RP skills as often as possible. Making friends is nice too!
Why do you think will be Sole Survivor: I am facing stiff competition, so all I can expect is to play my very best game and let the votes fall as they may. However, I bring a very unique personality to the table, and I think my ingenuity and social skills have the potential to take me very far.

Pet Peeves: Unnecessary drama, apathy, pessimism, and deception. Also, hot guys who don't shave.
Previous Finishes: 8th out of 20 in Survivor: Sardinia.
Favorite Past Moment: Bonding with Trevor, Tyler, and Yap after AJ was voted out. Our "Four Alive" no-shot-in-hell alliance had a lot of fun because we had nothing left to lose, and we were one purple rock away from sweeping the game.
Previous Survivor He Respects Most: Probably Tyler F., for being there for me even when I wasn't there for him. Also being the last of my allies standing. <3
Previous Survivor He Respects Least: The answer to this question has to be Dylan from Peru, for being a racist bigot. I don't tolerate unjust discrimination and bullying anywhere, not even online. That and Yap for getting to play dress-up for a living. ;)
Why Did You Come Back?: Because I want to win, obviously.
