 Cricket Defend the Wicket is a recurring challenge that originated in Survivor: All-Stars.


Divided into pairs, the contestants have to get the closest average score to 100.


The challenge debuted in Survivor: All-Stars as the season's first challenge for reward. The twenty-four returning players paired up with their fellow season representative. Charlie and Jhet of Survivor: Nepal and Mike and Sharky of Survivor: Côte d’Ivoire won, and each received the first clue to the Hidden Immunity Idol.

The challenge returned once more in Survivor: Salvation as a post-merge reward challenge. George and Mitchell won advantages in the next Individual Immunity challenge and were given the ability to Exile one person; they chose Steve.
