He Acts Like He's a Walking Target is the third episode of Survivor: Papua New Guinea.
Reward/Immunity Challenge: Xnakes and Slings
The castaways are to play two games called Xnake and Sling. The three highest average scores win immunity, and only the first place tribe wins reward.
Reward: To exile one person from one of the losing four tribes
Winner: Mendi, Daru, and Wewak
Abby felt bad after voting out Jemarc, and felt that Jemarc's plea to be saved put Brendan on shaky ground. He decided that he needed to bond with the others to gain numbers.
Abby became closer to George, allowing George to believe that Daru was on his alliance's side. Meanwhile, Uli continued to fear the growing size of the alliance. Uli attempted to state to George that he could keep the targets off of both of their backs, only for George not to respond, worried about accidentally giving away information. Uli admitted that these were lies in a confessional, so although not the best move socially, George guessed correctly of Uli's intentions.
On Kieta, Luke asked Taylor if they were tight, fearing that they'd lose the next challenge. Taylor revealed to Luke that she liked Szymon as well, and would have a hard time deciding between the two of them if they lose. This revelation frightened Luke, but he continued to try and grow closer with Taylor to form a stronger bond.
At Daru, Brendan went silent, causing Abraham to wish that he voted Brendan out at the previous Tribal Council. Abraham and Andrei formed a duo alliance, and agreed to vote off Brendan if they lose again.
In the challenge for both Immunity and reward, it was revealed that two tribes would be attending Tribal Council and voting someone out. The challenge proved difficult, but Mendi once again won, followed by Daru and Wewak. This sent both Abau and Kieta to Tribal Council.
In an attempt to get Taylor to share the clue with Szymon, Mendi sent Taylor to Exile Island. Uli decided to push Taylor to vote out Luke, to keep his allies in the game, and rid of one of his biggest threats.
On Kieta, Taylor shared the idol clue with Luke, making the idol easier to find for them both. Due to not wanting to vote out either Luke or Taylor, Szymon decided to self-vote.
On Abau, CJ decided that he wanted Matt out, and attempted to get Joe to vote Matt with him. Matt, however, went to Mick and told him that CJ was gunning for him. Even though CJ wanted Matt out instead. As CJ was the only member of the tribe outside of the alliance, the vote became straightforward.
At the first Tribal Council for Kieta, accompanied by a self-vote, Szymon was eliminated in a 3-0 vote, knocking Kieta down to two members.
After Kieta's Tribal Council, Abau attended. Ultimately, CJ was voted out in a 3-1 vote.

I don't understand why I'm considered as a threat and I hope Joe and Matt stick with me and vote out the right person, not the person who actully sent the score in...
|“||My goes to Matt. You are the weak link on this tribe, and we can't afford to lose again. So, goodbye.||”|

|“||You know, maybe you could've at least made an effort to try to stay in the game, but I guess not.||”|
