You Are My Best Shot is the final episode of Survivor: Polynesia.
Immunity Challenge: Polynesian Trials
This challenge is divided into three parts. The first part has the contestants create an opening for the season.. The second part has the contestants play a game called Snake. The third part has the contestants compete in a Survivor Puzzle. The person with the lowest average rank wins immunity.
Adam won final immunity, leaving Jay as the most obvious target. However Val considered Jay her ally, after voting together at the previous tribal council and the two of them decided to vote for Ted.
Val and Jay voted for Ted, but Adam and Ted voted for Jay resulting in a 2-2 deadlock tie. Ted won the tie-breaker and sent Jay home.
FINAL TRIBAL COUNCIL:
The Jury saw Adam, as a good Strategic and Physical Player, however his social game and jury management was very lacking.
The Jury saw Val as a horrid Physical, and social player, but an average strategist.
The Jury saw Ted as a mediocre social player, however they felt as if he blindy followed Adam.
Adam argued that he played the game as a leader, and that he orchestrated every vote.
Val argued that it was hard for her to be on all the time, and play computer games, due to being a mother, and had done an amazing job for someone her age.
Ted argued that he was not a goat, and his alliance with Adam was a partnership.
Aaron, fuming at his Tuamotu tribe mates turning on him, voted for Val.
Jay, fuming at his nemesis Adam, voted for Ted (Because he saw Val as a bigger goat)
Eden, fuming at Ted for being "The bane of his existence" voted for Adam (also because of Val's inactivity)
The rest of the jury, found Adam's strategic and physical game rewarding, and voted him to win in a 5-1-1 vote.
Ted fell short for coat tailing Adam, Val fell short for her inactivity, flipping, and coat tailing as well.
| Tribal Council 15:|
|First Vote (Tie)||Tiebreaker|
Ted (2 votes)
Jay & Val
Jay (2 votes)
Adam & Ted
| VOTED OFF:|
|“||I AM VOTING FOR YOU, JAY. You don't deserve to be here, and you definitely don't deserve to win. You screwed over your ENTIRE tribe by holding onto your idol. I hope your condescending ass loves doing nothing in Ponderosa as Val, the player who's done nothing more than Stephane, has a better chance of winning than you. Bye, bye, bye.||”|
|“||Jay gets my vote tonight, I think he played a hell of a game, against all odds he made the final four and he was a spectacular player. But if I want any chance of winning I need to keep you out of the final tribal council. Sorry man.||”|
|“||I'm sticking with my plan to go against Adam, I will not be the Monica at tribal. I'm voting Ted.||”|
|“||Since you told me you will be voting me you are my best shot to make the finals. Good luck at jury questions.||”|
Final Tribal Council
| Tribal Council 16:|
Adam (5 votes)
Bob, Eden, Kevin, Maya, & Phil
Ted (1 vote)
Val (1 vote)
Ted & Val
| SOLE SURVIVOR:|
|“|| Ted is out of the picture. When I came in to Tribal I was set on voting for Adam, but now hearing all of the responses, Val was much better with her Jury management. But I know as a fact that Jay and Aaron are not voting Adam. If I don't vote him then it is highly likely that Val will win, and to me she doesn't deserve it.
Adam: You may have stuffed up your answers, but you played a better game. You played from the leadership position, which is always targeted, and still made it to the end. You are the greater of three evils, but you still deserve my vote.
|“||I have said it before, and I'll say it again. In Survivor, the only thing I hate more than cattle, are cattle herders... But that being said, I still have to vote Adam for Sole Survivor. He was a dominated challenges, but mainly I am voting for him, because he was the only one of the three to actually talk with me. I feel that almost everytime I talked with Ted, it had to be about strategy, and I never even talked with Val. Adam and I talked on a daily basis after the merge, about strategy, life, and random nonsense. So, the only person who is deserving of winning this game in my eyes, has to be Adam.||”|
